here’s what i did: i committed to going raw for 30 days. and yes, it was hard at first. yes, in the second week i was quite certain that i would be eating a big bowl of mac and cheese on day 31… but by then, i didn’t so much feel that way. 30 days is how long it takes to make a new habit, yet, it doesn’t seem like all that long. you can tell yourself, ok, on day 31 i’ll have whatever i want.
if that doesn’t suit you, try substituting foods. make raw pizza & brownies! stuff yourself with fruit! make superfood smoothies! ask your body what it wants, then make it (but make it raw, if your body asks for pizza. if it does that, tell it it’s being silly, as you would a child.) these are just the ideas that worked for me, there are lots of successful raw people on here who can help you.
