Soya milk good or bad?

Am finding alot of negative info on Soya milk, is there a raw low fat alternative, as i would imagine that the almond/brazil nut milk have a fairly high fat content.

the fat content in nut milk is not that high, like maybe 3 grams per serving, but if you prefer, some people make milk with banana or buckwheat. i like almond or hemp milk, myself.
