All I have to say is that my friend just popped the door open with these AMAZING raw biscotties, chocolte and vanilla, and some goji berry tapioca pudding, which tastes interesting.
ANYWAY, the recipe for the biscotti is from Raw Food Real World, and for those of you who don’t have the book, I will post the recipe giving credit to the book. They have almond flour in them, and surprisingly, although it’s got nuts in them, it doesn’t taste that rich. So those of you who are getting rid of nuts in your diet, (I felt the same way as you) you should stop here for a minute, because these are amazing! I will post the recipe as soon as I get home. :)
