Leftovers Freezing Storing Thawing Dehydrator Success or Failures HELP

I prepare WAY to much trying to figure out new recipes. NEED HELP or a raw neighbor to eat my leftovers. Can I freeze my leftover sprouted bread, live buckwheat crust, cheese burgers (from Raw – Juliano), raw sprouted cocoa balls or anything? I’d plan on defrosting at room temp, frig or dehydrator to warm if necessary. Has anyone done this and had success. I’m getting nitpicky about this but can anyone point me to an article on the web anywhere stating that the nutritional components are not jeopardized or only partially? If you have had personal success or failure, please comment. Thanks!!!
