Making raw pies/tarts for 1 person

If I make the whole recipe, can I just keep it in the freezer until I’m ready to eat it, or will it still go bad? There are so many I want to try, especially the Raspberry Swirl someone just posted… but I’m worried I wouldn’t eat them fast enough!

    Sure, just freeze the crust and use the portion you want. Fill it with fresh fruits and custard.
