ummm quick question

I have an excalaber dehydrator and I prepared coconut cookies and salt and vinigar chip at the same time. Should I not dehydrate them together? Will the tastes intermingle?

I have dehydrated different thing together before and had no problem with tastes. Just make sure the vinegar doesn’t drip on your cookies I guess! :)

I try as often as possible to fill my dehydrator completely when firing up and haven’t had any issues at all. I do put anything that might spill-over at the bottom in the beginning.

i also haven’t had problems with mixing. i had cookies and kelp noodles with peanut sauce in there at the same time and my cookies are perfect.

i have more of an issue with my family yelling at me when the whole house smells like vinegar!
