Excalibur Temperature

I am preparing the Carrot Pecan Burgers in my brand new dehydrator. Quick question…should I set me Excalibur at 105 or 95? I’ve read so much conflicting information about temperature settings. Thanks so much for your help.

    105 degrees is fine – you won’t kill any enzymes @ that temp. Read the excalibur website, the letter to raw foodists. they have accurate information.
