Lydia's Italian Crackers?

Have any of you tried these and what did you think of them? I’ve had them, they are deliciious and make great crumbles on salad like croutons, I thought they tasted like pizza crackers and make great stuffing for a sub “turkey” recipe. I might post it around Thanksgiving. AT any rate, how did they fair for you? I had a little trouble digesting them, but I’m just wondering what you all thought of them. Let me just say there a bit addicting. lol

    You know I really liked those crackers too but also found them a bit heavy to digest. Recently, I made spicey mexican flax crackers from this site but I subbed chia seeds for the flax and they were AWESOME! Really light and crunchy and easy to digest.
