Strawberry short cake

I was think about all the food I use to like when I was a little kid, and then I remember the strawberry short cake my mom always use to make. I wonder has anyone tried to make raw strawberry shortcake. I would really like to make that.

    There is a recipe for one in the Boutenko kids book Eating without Heating. It is really yummy. I made it for a desert potluck with my SAD family and everyone loved it. It is copyrighted or I would share it here.
