Coconut butter substitute??? HELP!

Okay, so I REALLY am dying to make this recipe:

but I don’t have coconut butter, and I can’t order anything online right now. What would be a good substitute to use instead of coconut butter?

    Thanks!! I’m gonna make this with the Rich Cheddar Sauce for a sort of mac n’ cheese taste.
