Hello,

What different tricks do you have out there that you do to enchance your food?

I’ve got a couple:

-I rub fresh herbs between the palms of my hands (about 15 seconds) before chopping or blending to bring out the juices, flavours and scents.

-I crush garlic with the side of a wide knife to easily take off the skin, and again, to bring out the juices.
