What Did You Eat Today?

I like to ask myself this question.

Today:

1. A young coconut for breakfast (my favorite food) 2. Flax seed crackers for a snack with a spicy broccoli-walnut spread I got from this site that is insanely delicious 3. Bowl of avocado and olives for lunch 4. Butternut squash spiralized “pasta” for dinner with fresh garlic, virgin olive oil and basil – another recipe I got from this site

What joy!

(this was a light day for me. some days, i’m hungrier than others.)

    For breakfast I had some green juice, for lunch I had diced avocado and mango sprinkled with sea salt and cayenne, and for dinner I had a Dagoba chocolate bar (not raw, but at least organic. and it had maca in it! yay!)

  • brekki = 2 grapefruits, 2 cups of strawb

    lunch = 1/2 avo with asparagus n dulse

    din = no-bean hummus, coconut meat, cuke, sprouts, red pep, shredded lettuce, topped with 1T. flax and 1T.hemp ground together with seasalt n pepper.. and soume lemon juice.. wrapped n big lettuce leaves

    right now i am snaking on almond butter spread on cucumber

    heyitsmahsa – No, I don’t usually eat a lot of Dagoba. I did the first few weeks I started out raw, because I was having these intense chocolate cravings. Now if I want chocolate I have some raw cacao nibs with some agave nectar. YUM!
