I say just as long as it doesn’t have sodium, chlorine, and fluoride, drink it. Water is essential for the body and unless you are purefying your own water it would be hard to find the perfect type.
Distilled water lacks trace minerals that your body makes use of. But worse than that, it can be dangerous to drink distilled water because it will leach those minerals out of your body, minerals like calcium and potassium that your cells need for various purposes.
It’s not more ‘pure’ or ‘healthier’ than regular tap or bottled water. Water is absolutely essential for the body and drink lots of it, but not distilled water, which is never found in nature anyways but is only obtained through an artificial process.
