Wouldn't you know it

I bought my dehydrator a few weeks ago – I was so excited! I had all these recipes that I wanted to try.

But now I find myself drifting away from nuts and grains, and eating more fruit and greens.

I guess it is good to have for drying soaked nuts, which I can freeze until I need them – right?

    I guess that’s what I’m trying to say, I seem to be (naturally) moving away from the transition food. But everything here that’s been suggested sounds good too.

    I did buy it primarily to make ‘bread,’ but now I’m thinking ‘screw it, I’ll just have a salad.’
