Turnips

Coconut Love

I received 3 huge turnips in my vegetable box this week and need some ideas on what to do with them. I do plan to try raviolis, but any other thoughts?

what i did once as more of a plate decoration is dye the turnips with beet juice (you can just slice a beet and put it in some water with the thinly sliced turnips). then as they dehydrate they curl up like rose petals. you can sprinkle them over salad.

I just read if you grate a turnip and apply some of the juice to your underarms it will remove body odour for up to 10 hours ;)
