Soggy Sushi? Help!!!!

I am new to making raw sushi. What am I doing wrong? I can’t even cut it b/c it is too soggy & gooey. Thanks for any assistance!

    Thanks! I’ll try that. I was putting avocado on first but the oil seems to saturate the nori immediately. What greens do you usually use?
