Question about feet...

Hello everyone, hope this isn’t a stupid question, lol, but here goes: I work on concrete (i’m a cashier at a local convienent store) all day – at least 6 days a week, and my right foot kills me… was wondering if there are natural pain reliefs for that? Thanks in advance christina
