this is going by memory but I took out the stems and stuffed it with the following stuffing: walnuts, sun dried tomatoes (soaked), olive oil, garlic, salt, fresh basil, pine nuts. blend in small blender but leave slightly chunky then stuff. you can then eat them as is or put in dehydrator for a while. yum!

I love mushrooms!! I eat them straight out of the package, lol, but I do like making spaghetti with them :D
You can marinate them in the fridge overnight in a salad dressing or sauce, this will really soften them and ‘cook’ them. Then they will be delicious to add to salads.
