Has anyone ever had their inbox totally save or wreck a deal in a way that still makes you shake your head? Last month, I almost lost a big client because an important email ended up in my spam folder. I didn’t notice it for two days, and they were about to sign elsewhere. Luckily, I caught it just in time and apologized—it worked out, but it was so stressful!
