Believe me it happens. I also feel like i am drained sometimes, so i need to handle everything in order to not to break. But i don't know how to do this properly you know. For me this is difficult
Oh, I know that feeling too well. For me, stress shows up the worst after work — the day is over, but my brain keeps running. What helps me most is just taking a walk.
