Honestly, my experience with Pettable.com was really frustrating from start to finish. I was hoping for a smooth, legitimate process to get my ESA letter, but instead, I ran into multiple issues that left me disappointed.
First, the ESA letter I received felt fake and unreliable—it didn’t seem professional, and I had doubts about whether it would even be accepted where it needed to be. On top of that, the customer service was extremely poor. I had trouble getting clear answers, responses were slow or nonexistent, and it felt like nobody was genuinely there to help.
Overall, it was stressful and discouraging. I expected a trustworthy, straightforward process, but instead, I faced misleading claims, weak support, and a letter that didn’t feel legitimate. It really made me realize how careful you have to be when choosing an online ESA service.
My thoughts?
If you want a process that’s professional, transparent, and actually reliable, Pettable.com was not the right choice for me. I would advise others to be cautious and do thorough research before trusting them with something as important as an ESA letter.
