Not exactly a goat cheese, but a good one I use in place of goat cheese is Zoe’s “Cheese with Spring Onions” on this site – I modify it sometimes depending on what I’m putting it with.
I agree with Angie on that cheese with spring onions. Just leave out the spring onions, and you’ll have a thick, creamy spread that would be fantastic for any recipe.
if you dehydrate it for awhile it tastes a lot like cheese. almost too much for this vegan!
