Scar Removal

I have just been involved in a road accident where by a car struck me as i was crossing the street. I am in the cast now, but I know that once it is removed there will be scars on both sides of my ankle.

Any suggestions? I want them to go.

Ha that is amusing we all have a body, I don’t see anything wrong with the picture. What makes you say they are alcoholic?

Enough of that. I am using the silicon gel, then will use the strips to help with the scarring, i got two, one on either side othe ankle. My right foot is so swollen right now it is awful I can’t walk on it or like 8 weeks.

I am taking glucosamine and bone viamins in aid of the healing for the bones, then arnica for the bruising and swelling. for the scars all I am doing is using silicon gel and will then start with the strips in a week or two, once the scabs start to come off.

It has been a horrific experience I must say, but everything happens for a reason, I do believe this.

One Word:MSM…it will help so much I drink it and use the lotion. I got three pounds of it for 35$. Well…two words:Tocotrenols is a great source of vitamin E and it tastes Great! It is a Superfood I put it in my shakes.

I'm also looking to find a way to heal scars................ Anyone have any tips other than MSM? Would putting coconut oil on a scar help?
