Woo HOOO!!! looks like it’s watermelon tonight! ;> Does anyone know of any other items that are ummm, “stimulating”, I know maca can be, but how about just the regular fruit and veggie items?
Here’s another about RAW FOOD ...well, sorta. If only you ignore the microwaving part… it does mention the benefits of raw or lightly heated food.
What I understand, this is only from eating the rind of the watermelon. I can just see a run on juicers for the next little while! This may be a good thing to get people more in tune to real nutrition.
