I just store mine in ziploc bags (to easily take with me) or in glass canning jars. Either way, my flax crackers (or sprouted wheat crackers) have lasted for months. They taste as fresh as the day I took them out of the dehydrator.
If your crackers ever get too much air and get soft, just put them back in the dehydrator and they’ll crispen right back—good as new.
