Expiration of Juiced Ginger

I juiced Ginger and Carrot together a few days ago and placed it in a self sealing mason jar and threw it in the fridge.

I took it out of the fridge and it definitley doesnt look like a fresh ginger and carrot drink but after i shook it up it looked fine..

it tastes a bit ‘unfresh’ (and very GINGER strong).. but doesnt taste spoiled.. can anyone tell me the expiration date of a sealed and refridged juiced drink?

Well, I don’t know about sealed vs. not-sealed. But, it depends on the type of juicer you used. Masticating, triturating, centrifugal…etc. Each juice and preserve differently. Centrifugal is usually 30-60 minutes (it oxidizes fast). The others, take longer. Maybe even days. And blended drinks can last up to 4 days (because the fiber they contain).

Was it vacuum sealed? It would likely last longer if it were, but I wouldn’t know how much longer.
