I’ve already made up my mind that i want to go raw, but the thing is i don’t think i’d have enough time to put thought into what i eat ahead of time. I was wondering if you guys know if it’s healthy to be 100% raw eating pretty much salads, fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds but just grabbing them on the go instead of making something with them. Right now all i have is a food processor, a small citrus juice, and a messed up blender and it’s a busy summer for me.
I pretty much wanna do this cause i’m now convinced that raw and not veganism is the ultimate way of eating and i want to have that energy and liveliness you all speak of. I’m already vegan so i’m just giving up cooked food, so is this the right way to start?

There’s never any need for fancy recipes – fancy recipes are composed of fruits, vegetables, seeds, and nuts – so there’s no difference in just eating them as is.
That said, if you were to get any contraption or do anything to your food, you might want to get a blender—don’t need anything expensive, just that it can be easier to get in your two bunches of greens a day by having smoothies.
Above all, listen to your body—what out of the raw vegan palette you crave and are interested in each day. You’ll figure it all out!
Okay i feel better now. And i just read a recipe book called RAWvolution and if ever i get some of those fancy ingredients i want to make some of them. I was also worried cause in a year I’m going off to college and was worried that living away from home was going to be even worse. i just used my food processor to make a smoothie so i think i can survive for now.
