No. Eat as much as you like! I frequently eat up to 3 avocados a day, and hemp oil and maybe coconut oil too, and I just feel better and better. There are two trains of thought on this in the raw community. There are people like me who find that as long as it is raw it is great. Others follow Doug Graham who believes that you should eat only 10% fat. I strongly disagree with this because my personal experience has led me the other way, so be prepared to hear a lot of debate about this issue in the raw food world. Don’t worry too much, see what works for your body by trying listening to your body and giving it what it wants, and seeing how you feel.
I agree with Zoe; always listen to what your body is telling you… but I don’t believe you can eat too many avocados! They’re SO nutritious! They’re a staple around our household. Often times we’ll eat 2 a day… each!!! :)
I wish I lived somewhere that I could have an avocado tree. I could live on them. If I wasn’t paying $1.69 a piece I’d have many many more.
