HELLO from NYC

Hi everyone. I am new to this site. I hope I get to meet lots of raw foodists! I started eating raw food because I felt overwhelmingly “guilty” whenever I cooked my veggies or fruits. I know this sounds strange but I couldn’t help but feeling deep down that I had killed them. Simple as it sounds I found out one of my friends was a raw foodist and had no idea. Everything kind of just fell in place after that and here I am!!!!! I love to talk about preparation and recipes. I would especially like to hear the problems people face being a raw foodist in a cooked world. Regarding preparation, busyness, stress, criticism….
