Wich vitamin supplements do yo take if any in the raw diet? I have eating healthy since my moms dead two years ago. I start reading some great books and detoxing my body an applying what I have learned in these books:the fat flush, you are what you eat, I did the master cleanse and now Im into raw. I do an intense workout on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and take Yoga Monday and Fridays. I’ve been eating raw since June 17 and I was wondering about the vitamins. My hemoglobin is always low, and Im feeling kind of week this week. Do I need any vitamin or supplement to complement and feel better. I mostly eat vegetables and fruits during the day. Im learning how a cook great raw food, thanks to this website.

Hi stampyheart whenever i feel weak or low i take in as much water as possible- drink until you can’t drink anymore!!! you may be dehydrated, which 80% people already are they just don’t know it- whenever i think i’ve had enough water i drink more and i always feel better within an hour or two :)

Thanks for reply. I will try more water and green smoothie I do a lot of juicing thought. About the bee pollen I stop taking those five month ago, I might have to go back. Thanks so much
