Raw Newbie
Any suggestions of a good raw cake I can make? Preferably a recipe on here.
Are dates or apricots OK for a person who is avoiding sweets because of candida? Which fruits should I use? No bananas right? what about pineapple? I unfortunatley don’t have any yacon syrup handy and no time to get any before I have to make the cake.
I don’t think my friend is a cacao lover so even though I would love a cacao cake – I think I will try to avoid that.
(I used to do the candida diet about a year ago -for some reason I can’t remember!)
