New to site

I am very interested in starting a raw food diet but have no idea where to begin. My current diet is awful full of fried foods and lots of sweets!! I don’t feel well on a daily basis. I have been diagnosed with hypothyroid, I have mitral valve prolapse w/ regurg, pvc’s, migraines with and without auras. Which I feel has left my vision abnormal, almost like static on a tv screen. I took antidepressant medicine several years back and had terrible side effects, people might think I am crazy but I feel like I never have gotten back to my old self. I have heard alot about raw food diets good & bad. If anyone can tell me how to get started that would be great. thanks!!

  • I’m pretty much in the same boat as dnacol, all the recipies have these new ingredients. What is nama shoyu, for instance? Is it better than bragg’s liquid amino’s.
