juicing lemons and limes

this may seem obvious, but i read recipes all over the place for juicing lemons and limes. but i can’t figure out how to get the peel off without losing half the juice. should i just hand squeeze after i’ve juiced the other ingredients?


  • I make a juice of kale, apple, and lemon, and I just cut the ends of the lemon off, chop it up a bit and just run it through the juicer with the peel on (if it’s organic).
