Okay, so my experiment SO did not work,

Over the last month, I’ve been experimenting wiht adding a small amount of cooked food to my diet, some brown rice, legumes, quinoa and millet. About 10-30% of my daily intake mostly to lower my fat intake without taking in as much fruit as 811 requires.

I still haven’t started bleeding, so we’ll see what that holds in store for me, but so far, I am not happy with my “experiment”.

    I would say I’m sorry, and I DO sympathize, but it sounds like you’re finding out what works for you (by finding out what doesn’t), and that’s always a positive thing – even when it seems to be temporarily negative.

    I always crave fat right before my period. I figure it’s what my body needs. What do you crave?

  • I crave starches, bitt…..brown rice, grains…a bit of olive oil. Har d to resist,

    don’t know what happened to my original post, but basically my pms lasted 8 days, very irritable, really bad. hasn’t been that bad since last year!
