Hi, has anyone dehydrated fresh green beans until they’re crispy? How are they as a snack and how long does it take until they’re done?
I have quite a bit of green beans from the garden and would love to make them into a tasty snack.
I have used zucchini before but used a recipe that asked to marinate them with oil and other things. They taste great but the marinade added even more moisture to them and things took very long! I stopped when arrived at a rubbery state and froze them. They are great in salad, eaten with burgers, on a spread or such, but what I was looking for initially was a crispy consistence ;))
So any input on the beans would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)
