Eating too much fruit..

isn’t there a negative side effect (possibly?) like spike in blood sugar, etc?

Speaking for myself, I have type 2 diabetes, and when I am 100% raw, fruit and greens is mostly what I eat. Throw in some carrot juice, some nuts, seeds, a supplement or two, and that’s pretty much my diet.

I don’t even bother checking my blood sugar anymore when I’m raw, because it’s always fine. It’s ridiculous, how quickly my system gets right when raw, and the way I feel is sooooo much better.

That’s just my experience, though. I’m sure there are some folks who have had problems with so much fruit.

read through the archives of his blog..he’s doing a great job of reversing type I diabetes…he’s hardcore 811, eating a ton of fruit and proving the science that fruit doesn’t cause the problems…TOO MUCH FAT IN THE DIET IS THE PROBLEM
