EXTREMELY Silly Question

I am making my FIRST raw recipe tonight. It calls to dehydrate on Teflex sheets. I don’t have a dehydrator and have already received the answer to use my oven with just the oven light on. I tested the temp today and it gets to just a little over 100 degrees. My next problem…Teflex sheets. Is it possible to use either foil or parchment paper instead of Teflex??
