Low blood sugar?

For the past two days I’ve been light headed and a little nauseous, somewhat like I have low blood sugar. I keep feeling very much like I’ve stood up too quickly… even when I’m not doing anything strenuous.

Any suggestions on what would be a good evening meal which will (a) have a goodly amount of ‘fuel’ for me and b) might settle my stomach a bit.

Dehydrator is currently in dehydrator hospital (I did use it three time… clearly abuse) and I don’t have a lot of the more specialist ingredients such as Maca etc.

All suggestions gratefully received ;)

funny. i felt like this when i first started too.

i don’t believe in “super foods.” GREENS GREENS and more GREENS. and just when you think you’ve had enough… more greens. especially juiced before meals.

don’t skip on raw fats. i always advise people to get a repertoire of a few favorite dressings. my favorites are:

simple oil and lemon with sea salt and fresh pepper

tahini dressing: (approx. measurements) 2 TB sesame seeds + 2 TB zucchini + 4 TB water + a little olive oil + 1/2 lemon juiced + sea salt and pepper to taste (also tastes yummy with dulse mixed in. blend till creamy

pine nut dressing: same as above but use 1 TB pine nuts instead of sesame seeds.

you can add different spices (chili, garam masala, ginger) and vegetables (like sundried tomato, red bell pepper, onion), to vary the flavors and styles of “cuisine.”

my fave dinner meals: zucchini noodles with marinara sauce and a HUGE salad; lettuce wraps with guacamole shredded greens (or cabbage) and tomato salsa; shredded cabbage “slaw” with olive oil + lemon and poppy seeds

the only thing i use my dehydrator for these days is to warm food up from the fridge, or marinate veggies. taking things out ahead of time and putting your food in a sunny spot could easily substitute.
