No help really but I am curious where one finds raw oats?
lindsaylou- I have often faced this problem, as starches really do only combine well with greens. If I have something starchy and I know I will want to eat it, I usually just make it a starch day, and eat my starchy things and salads all day long. My system has no problem mixing starches with avocados, so that really helps to have that on salads, but you’ll have to see how your body responds I think.
hey what kinda oats are you using? oat groats don’t seem to taste good.
