hello all,
today i went and checked out a four tray excalibur at a local distributor. i was all excited to buy it until i realized it was made of plastic (yes, it took a few minutes to dawn on me, stop laughing). this raised a few flags and i left the store empty handed, suffering some non-buyers remorse.

but, i wanted to pose a question to the community. what do you all think about “cooking” your food on plastic? i know there’s some health risks associated with it but i’m sadly underinformed.
