So Tired...

Everyone keeps talking about this massive energy surge they get from eating raw foods, and I’m sitting here thinking, “it’s not fair!”

If I get 8 hours of sleep a night, I’m usually okay until about halfway through the afternoon when I just want to nap. If I get less than that, I’m useless all day. I know some people’s sleep needs are more or less than others, but isn’t it unreasonable that I should require 12+ hours of sleep a night to function normally? Does anyone else have any idea what might be going on here?
