Hi All! Yesterday my boyfriend said he was feeling light headed because he had been so “raw” lately. I thought it was funny because he hasn’t been that much but he has had some smoothies, and vegetables before noon!
Yesterday he had raisin bran for breakfast instead of going to Waffle house(!) or having a big Sunday breakfast.
Does anyone have a raisin bran recipe or cereal recipe that tasts like “real” cereal that I could make on the dehydrator?
What is the general perception of bran out there for raw vegans?
