Fasting while taking Vitamineral Green

Hi all,

I have done two smaller fasts, and have finally come to a point in my life where I want to be fully raw. With this fast, I wanted to know if it is allowable for me to take a shake of Vitamineral Green in the morning on days I will be working. On off days, I am planning on doing a simple water fast, and maybe a few juices throughout the day.

Can anyone let me know if they have taken anything like Vitamineral Green while they were fasting? For those who don't know what it is, its just like Sun is Shinning, and is even formulated by the same person.
