Gluten is found in grains, not fruit. I don't have any specific websites, I tend to search all over and get info from many sites before gathering facts into anything conclusive, but have had issues with gluten intolerance and fruit/veggies are never an issue.
If you are reacting to fruit it could be some sort of sensitivity, but it will be something other than gluten.
Just FYI, your frozen fruit may not be raw if you are not rinsing it in cold/warm (not hot) water yourself.
some processed foods can have gluten in the packaging, such as herbs and spices so you are right to be cautious. if it's in a package, check the package. although i have not known any frozen fruit to have wheat on it, some veggies may. the organic/natural companies tend to be better about this.
there are a lot of organizations that have called companies and done the research for you. so you don't have to contact all the companies yourself.

if you have gut/digestive reactions, the rule of thumb is that the reaction will most likely show up 3 hours later, although it varies from person to person. so track the food item to 3 hours prior.
watch for the bulk bins the grocery store!
I agree with the processed food issue; the majority of processed foods contain one or even several common allergens. I'm not entirely sure about frozen fruit, but I know a lot of grains (oats in particular) have gluten in them due to cross-contamination. Unfortunately, I've never been able to find both raw and gluten-free oats. Spices and such, though, tend to not list the ingredients, nevermind whether or not they contain gluten. I had a bad experience that spanned about a week. I traced it back to the garlic powder I had been using and I looked the brand up online (though I don't recall the name of it; it was some cheap stuff) and found out they use gluten as a 'binder'. Another thing to watch for is supplements and drinks. Then again, if you're eating 100% raw, the chances of you having processed gunk are slim, I would think.
