trying to lose 10 pounds

Hey everyone, i need some help! i really want to lose 10 pounds, but lately i have been pretty stressed out. This stress has lead to binge eating...it's not like im eating junk though. The binge usually consists of raw granola and dates with almond butter. I have gained weight though and it is killing me! i want to be back and thin as a was in October. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also, i do excercise alot, i would think it would help with my stress but it always comes back to me munching. PLEASE HELP!
