Storing raw agave nectar?

I just bought some raw agave nectar and I’m wondering if once it’s opened if it should be stored in the fridge or if it can stay out at room temp. I know honey can stay out and maple syrup needs to go in, but I have no idea what to do with agave. Thanks! :)

Raw agave is generally not really raw, so it should be fine to keep in the cupboard. For more info. on the “really raw” part, see Zoe and Chris’s dead food list at purelyraw.com
