questions?

i am a new commer to raw veganism.i have been vegetarian for 3 years ,and my main motivation for raw food is losing weight.i started %100 but longing for a hot drink.i don know if i should limit the amount of nuts in my diet in order to lose weight or not.on the other hand i don know how to balance my diet so as not to become short of nutritions.

    Unfortunately I succumbed to the temptation of having a piece of bread in a few days. I love greens and fruits; however, I can hardly have access to avocado in my home town.

    I do believe that feeling happy is prior to being obsessed by losing weight. Thank you chattanoog for reminding me.
