eczema is usually caused from food allergies or from dry skin. You might want to try to rehydrate with shea butter or coconut oil after bath/shower. Also, if there are any new foods that you've been eating around the time you first discovered the eczema, stop eating them and see if it helps.
If I remember correctly, according to Enzyme Nutrition book, eczema is caused by inability for lipase enzyme to digest fat. So, eat/use raw fat which should have the lipase enzyme.
Awesome. Thanks. I kind of feel like I was misdiagnosed (I hate doctors, lol)
Its not red and its not dry...but I guess it doesn't have to be?
I'll try all that.
It started out small, then grew to about an inch and smaller patches close by, so I wasn't even aware it could spread.
I'm going to go back (or to another doctor) and ask that they LOOK at it.
My doctor just glanced.
