I dont know the answer Im afraid but maybe you could try freezing a small amount in an ice cube tray and see what happens.
I definitely have freezed both almond milk and coconut milk when I can't use if for awhile-- like when I go on a trip or something. Reallly easy to defrost, just leave in the fridge for awhile and its just as good as before.
