I need some direction in going RAW

I have always been a meat eater, and NOT a very healthy eater at that. Im looking for a complete change in my life style which includes coming off of my anxiety medication, working out and eating a all natural diet. I have been told that certain foods have vitamins that can restore my body and mind so that i do not have to take some crazy medication!! I dont like the idea of putting things into my body that i have NO idea what they are. So basically, I NEED help. Anyone have any advice on how to start my detox process, and which raw foods are best, when transitioning from junk food and meat to natural?!

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
